- Free on-site parking is available at McIntyre Ski Area. Allow a few extra minutes to park and walk to check-in.

What to Expect

Arrive near your scheduled time
Plan to arrive a few minutes before your reserved headshot or slate slot.

Check in
Stop by the check-in table when you arrive so we know you're here.

Get your headshot taken
Step in front of the camera — it only takes a couple of minutes.

Stay to meet candidates & members
Hang around to network with candidates and current House Republican members.

Join the main mingling period (~4:00 PM)
The big networking window kicks off around 4:00 PM — don't miss it.
6
Slate shots begin at 6:00 PM
Group and slate photos run by reservation from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
